1. Introduction
- Office 365 includes essential productivity applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- These apps are available on your company laptop and also accessible online through your Office 365 account.
- Employees must use these official applications for all work-related documentation, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
2. How to Access Office 365 Apps on Your Laptop
- Click the Start Menu and search for Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Launch the application you want to use.
- Sign in using your company email ID if prompted.
- Your files can be saved locally or to OneDrive for secure cloud storage.
3. Accessing Office Apps Online (Web Version)
You can use the web versions of Word/Excel/PowerPoint without installing anything.
Steps:
- Open Chrome or Edge browser.
- Visit: https://www.office.com
- Sign in with your company email and password.
- Click on Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to create or edit files online.
- Files are automatically saved in OneDrive.
