Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. Office Wi-Fi Networks

The company provides two Wi-Fi networks for employees and visitors:

a. Hein+Fricke (Office Network)

• Strictly for official work only.
• Must be used only on company laptops and approved devices.
• Provides full access to internal systems (Odoo, Terminal Server, VPN, etc.).
• Personal usage is not allowed.

b. H+F_Guest (Guest Network)

• To be used for personal mobile devices (phones/tablets).
• Visitor access is also provided on this network.
• Limited bandwidth and restricted access.
• Not allowed for sensitive activities, torrenting, gaming, or streaming.

2. How to Connect to Office Wi-Fi (Company Laptop)

1. Click the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar.
2. Select Hein+Fricke from the list of networks.
3. Enter the Wi-Fi password provided by the IT Team.
4. Once connected, your system will automatically enroll in network security policies.

3. Connecting Your Mobile or Personal Device

1. Open Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device.
2. Select H+F_Guest.
3. Enter the guest network password provided by IT/HR.

Note: Personal devices are not permitted on the main office network.

4. Security Guidelines for Wi-Fi Usage

Employees must:

• Connect personal devices only to the guest network.
• Not share Wi-Fi passwords with outsiders.
• Avoid accessing illegal or inappropriate content.
• Not attempt to bypass network restrictions, firewalls, or proxies.

5. Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Issues

If you face any connection problems:

• Ensure you are using the correct network (Hein+Fricke) on office laptops.
• Restart Wi-Fi or reboot your laptop.
• Forget the network and reconnect.
• Check if you are logged into VPN (if required for certain resources).
