2. Scope
Applies to all employees and interns using company devices and network resources.
3. Employee Responsibilities
- Use company devices and networks only for legitimate business purposes.
- Avoid visiting suspicious or untrusted websites.
- Do not download or install unauthorized software or plugins.
- Ensure antivirus and security software are active and updated.
- Report any unusual website behavior, malware alerts, or security warnings immediately to the IT team at support@heinfricke.services.
4. Safe Browsing Guidelines
- Always check URLs before clicking links.
- Avoid clicking on pop-ups or unsolicited ads.
- Do not enter credentials on untrusted websites.
- Use company-approved browsers and security settings.
5. Compliance & Monitoring
- IT monitors web activity for security and compliance.
- Non-compliance may result in restricted access or disciplinary action.
6. Policy Review
Reviewed annually or when significant security threats arise.
7. Acknowledgement
Employees must sign the Safe Browsing Practices Acknowledgement Form to confirm understanding.
