1.      After logging in to the Odoo portal, navigate to the left sidebar.&lt;br /&gt;

2.      Click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Projects”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; under the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Chantalle Management&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; section.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.      You will see a list of &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;projects assigned to you&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.      Click on any project to:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
a.      View its description, team members, and related tasks or user stories.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
b.     Track your progress on that project.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Once created, the User Story will automatically appear on your Taskboard as a card&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, where you can manage its progress through different stages (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Complete).&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;For example&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, as you can see in the screenshot, there is a user story titled:&lt;br /&gt;

For instance, inside this story, we have a task titled:&lt;br /&gt;

== 5. Creating Tasks Under a User Story (from Taskboard) ==&lt;br /&gt;
Once you’ve created a user story, you can add tasks directly from the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Taskboard&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. Follow these steps:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.      Go to the left sidebar and click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Taskboard”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; under the Chantalle Management section.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;2.     &amp;#039;&amp;#039; In the Taskboard view, locate the user story under which you want to create tasks.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    For example: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Create a 6-month training program for Interns”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.      Click the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“+” (plus)&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; button beneath the story card.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You will see a &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“+” (plus)&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; icon &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;next to or beneath&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; the user story card.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Click this icon to add a new task to the story.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.      In the task creation pop-up, enter the following details:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
o   &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Add title&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (e.g., &amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Test Scenario: Server Setup and Secure Remote Access”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
o    Add a &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;description&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;assignee&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, or &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;estimated hours.&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;

·         The new task will appear nested under the selected user story in the Taskboard.&lt;br /&gt;

As you can see in the screenshot above, the task &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Test Scenario: Server Setup and Secure Remote Access”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; has been successfully created and now appears under the user story &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Create a 6-month training program for Interns”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;In Progress&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; section of the Taskboard.&lt;br /&gt;

Once a task is created, you can log the time spent on it using the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Book Time&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; feature:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
·         Click on the task card you’ve created on the Taskboard.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
·         In the top-left corner of the task detail view, click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Book Time.”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
·         A pop-up will appear where you need to manually enter:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
o   &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Date&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – The date on which the work was done.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
o   &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Hours&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; – The number of hours spent on the task.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
·         After entering the details, click &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Save.”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;After booking the time, if the task is completed, make sure to move the task card to the &amp;quot;Complete&amp;quot; column&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; by dragging it from the current stage (e.g., “In Progress”) to &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Complete.”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

·         After saving time for entry, you can view all your logged hours by checking the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;“Time Bookings”&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; section in the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;left-side column&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; of the interface.&lt;br /&gt;

·         This section lists &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;all your previous time entries&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, including:&lt;br /&gt;
